My Process
I designed Refresh Your Life and Heal Your Heart as a deeply transformational therapeutical process that combines advanced hypnotherapy and coaching and builds on the expertise I have accumulated in using different modalities and serving hundreds of clients all over the world.
My therapy focuses on and addresses different levels:
- the conscious level,
- the subconscious, deeply emotional level with a purpose to create profound transformation on a third level, mainly:
- heart and brain coherence.
The latest discoveries in psychophysiology and neurobiology have revealed the constant two-way communication between the heart and the brain, with each organ equally influencing the other's function. It has been proven and documented that heart and brain coherence can and do promote deep emotional healing from toxic relationship patterns.
I also guide you so that you discover the deeply rooted mental and emotional blocks that generate your negative thoughts and your self-sabotaging behaviour. It is from this point on that authentic emotional healing begins. Together - you and me - can instil a positive mindset and the desired emotional environment that will generate positive actions.
It is therefore a profound 3-layered work of the conscious mind, the subconscious mind and the heart.
The process is outlined in such a way that it gives you what you want: wonderful emotional and mental freedom to live a life free from the issues that are holding you back at this very moment.

I work internationally, so all sessions take place online, via Zoom, in English, French or Romanian.

I use professional sound tracks that bring together the latest research in psychoacoustics and heart/mind connection.
Different brainwave entrainment tracks skilfully support my powerful transformational messages. Depending on topic/client, all tracks use various combinations of Alpha, Theta, Delta or even Gamma waves that continue and consolidate the emotional healing initiated during hypnotherapy sessions.
